Mimosa Homecare is an independent Live-in Care Agency which responds to the needs of our service users on a 24-hour basis.
Our service users are those who, because of ill health, increasing age or disability, find it difficult to cope with domestic responsibilities and their own personal care needs, but would like to remain in their own home for as long as possible. We provide care services to both the private and public sectors, and needs for care and support are identified through an assessment by a qualified registered nurse, who then working with the service user draws up an agreed live-in care plan to meet their needs.
OUR AIMS & OBJECTIVES:
We aim to provide our service users with a comprehensive service of personal care of the highest quality within their own home environment. We strive to offer a flexible, efficient and professional service which is tailored to meet each person’s individual needs. We will treat each service user with respect and remain sensitive to their individual needs, abilities and aim to promote the service user’s independence and personal dignity.
Mimosa live-in carers will support individuals to meet any desired achievable goals towards improving or maintaining good health e.g support with taking a walk, gentle exercises at home or mantaining a healthy balanced diet.
Mimosa Homecare is a member of these organisations: United Kingdom Home Care Association ( UKHCA) Birmingham Disability Network (BDN) and Dudley Micro Services Provider Association.
